$24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Join our dynamic team as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic where you will provide high-level patient care during air and ground critical care transport. If you are passionate about life-saving interventions and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you! Responsibilities: Deliver exemplary patient care from initial contact until the transfer of responsibility to the accepting facility. Document patient assessments, evaluations, interventions, responses to therapy, and any procedural changes within established timeframes. Engage in pre-and post-transport briefings and provide follow-ups to referral agencies. Conduct thorough equipment checks, noting discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Offer clinical education and safety support to referring facilities and EMS agencies as necessary. Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment while working independently in high-pressure environments. Requirements: Minimum Required Education:

High school diploma or GED. Required Licensure/Certification:

National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and Colorado EMT-P certification at hire. Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C). Valid driver's license. Additional state licenses as required for service area within six (6) months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) and one of the following: Transport Professional Advanced Trauma Course (TPATC), PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support), or ITLS (International Trauma Life Support). Minimum Experience:

5 years of paramedic experience. Preferred:

5 years of experience in a high call volume 911 ambulance service, field training officer experience, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, previous flight/CCT experience, CEVO/EVOC training, Instructor certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TPATC, PHTLS, or ITLS).
