Responsibilities: Here’s a brief overview of your role, with further discussions during the interview process: Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and guidelines, including a working knowledge of health information management issues like HIPAA. Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake. Perform nursing duties such as measuring and recording vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and executing clinical tasks. Monitor patients, charting and reporting any changes in their conditions, and taking necessary actions for their care. Operate or supervise the operation of X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images. Explain procedures to patients and ensure their safety and comfort during X-Ray scans. Maintain the imaging equipment in proper working order. Prepare and stock supplies and equipment for treatment. Assist patients using Virtual Medicine Providers. Accurately complete patient charts in a timely manner and appropriately forward them daily. Embody the Core Values of Teamwork, Communication, Empowerment, Quality of Care, and Friendliness. Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues to maintain a harmonious workplace. Other duties as assigned by management. Additional Expectations for Centers of Excellence: Complete all required training to effectively onboard and mentor new hires in Centers of Excellence. Collaborate with Learning and Development for the onboarding process of new employees. Welcome new employees on their first day, providing tours and process overviews. Work with new hires to establish training plans and schedules, communicating relevant updates. Submit weekly evaluations of trainee progress to Learning and Development and discuss any concerns collaboratively. Complete final evaluations and ensure proof of proficiency is submitted upon completion of training. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinical or urgent care setting. Education and License Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Possession of Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License and ARRT certification.
