Compensation:
$19.25 - $23.00 per hour - Full time, Part time Position Benefits: Comprehensive training provided! Impact the lives of children, helping them learn and grow! What We Are Looking For: Enthusiastic about working with children High School Diploma Required Previous experience with children is preferred Availability from 7:30am - 3:30pm Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not required Must possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license, registration, and insurance Provide proof of immunization records and TB results Undergo a background check Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, run occasionally, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable engaging in play activities with children, often on the floor or in child-sized settings Attentiveness to the child's safety and surrounding environment is essential Ability to react quickly and manage sudden movements as needed Capable of sustained physical effort for up to 45 minutes If you have experience in any of the following fields, we encourage you to apply: Behavior Analyst, Autism, Social Skills, Developmental Condition, Psychology, Social Services, Childcare, Teacher Assistant, Paraprofessional, Youth Program Coordinator, Direct Support Professionals, Behavioral Health Technician, Camp Counselor, Caregiver, and more.
