Position: RN Supervisor - 4pm to 12am, Monday to Friday
Sign-On Bonus: $5000
Your Role:
As an RN Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional care for our residents. You will guide an interdisciplinary team while overseeing facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and directing nursing staff for optimal care delivery
Managing daily operations, including staffing and resource management
Collaborating with team members to create and implement individualized care plans
Conducting regular assessments and quality audits to meet standards
Providing mentorship and training to nursing staff
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and protocols

Qualifications for a Nursing Supervisor:
Valid nursing license in your state
Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred
Experience in a supervisory role within Long-Term Care is a plus
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Commitment to the needs of aged and chronically ill patients
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
