We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. Job Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant at Norlem, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, organizing lead information, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our security services. You will work closely with both customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and help drive revenue growth within the cybersecurity space. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage lead information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date details are recorded in the CRM system. Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and coordinating follow-ups with leads and clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and account details. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs. Assist the sales team with managing communications with clients and vendors Ensure a seamless customer experience by providing exceptional service and timely follow-ups on requests and inquiries. Monitor and report on sales activity, tracking progress against goals and highlighting any potential issues. Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, order processing, and inventory management of marketing materials. Assist as front office receptionist which includes greeting visitors and signing for packages.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred). Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration (preferred, especially in a tech or cybersecurity environment). Strong interest in cybersecurity and a desire to learn about the MSSP industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical customers. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (a plus, but not required—training will be provided). Flexibility to work occasional evenings, depending on business needs.
