About This Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable journey for our customers. Your mission is to guide and support them at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless process whether they are buying or selling a car. With a foundation built on honesty and transparency, you will have the tools to foster positive customer experiences while collaborating with your team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout their experience, from appraisals to financing.
Conduct vehicle assessments, effectively communicating findings to facilitate customer appraisals.
Manage vehicle check-ins, oversee inventory scanning, and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Perform quality inspections to ensure all vehicles meet our strict CarMax standards.
Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining transaction documents, interacting with finance companies, and managing cash and payment processes.
Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for accuracy.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred experience in sales and customer service, particularly in retail.
A valid Driver's License.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $17.80 to $26.70.
