X-Ray Technician

Our walk-in centers are open seven days a week and are committed to safety, quality, and comprehensive services. Job Overview: As a member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will perform x-ray testing and operate diagnostic equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This full-time position offers a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. We also offer PRN (per diem) positions for flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities for this role, though additional tasks may be assigned: Greet patients promptly and assist with their needs. Communicate effectively regarding wait times and next steps in the treatment process. Address patient problems with empathy and seek help in emergencies. Document and monitor vital signs and relevant patient history accurately. Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision. Perform x-ray procedures efficiently for physician evaluation and treatment. Ensure proper functioning of radiology equipment and report issues as needed. Maintain knowledge and skills in diagnostic imaging through ongoing education. Fulfill documentation and compliance requirements related to patient visits.
