Deliver exceptional physical therapy treatment in line with industry regulations and professional standards. Assist in implementing physical therapy plans under the guidance of licensed professionals, supporting the rehabilitation process. Engage in clear and effective communication with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. Key Qualifications State licensure or certification is required. CPR certification preferred (as per hospital policy). Completion of an accredited physical therapy program preferred. Proven competence in physical therapy treatment methods. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and caregivers.
