Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience on GE scanners and ARRT certification for a Level 1 trauma acute care setting.
Responsibilities Work in an acute care hospital with a Level 1 trauma designationCT department with 3 CT machines, performing scans in the main hospital and ED500 bed hospitalNight shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 pm to 7:00 am, with the possibility of weekend shiftsGE CT scanners, Sectra PACS, and EPIC EMR are utilized; Epic EMR experience preferredNo floating to other units is requiredResponsible for performing CT scans in both the emergency department and main hospitalAssist with morning chest X-rays in the ICU during night shiftsVery busy CT department operating 24/7Training/orientation provided for 1-2 weeksWork alongside a supportive team of technologistsGray scrubs requiredAll clinicians must badge in and out at the facilityApplicants who previously worked for the facility must have at least a 6-month gap since their last employmentLocal candidates within 80 miles may be consideredNight shift coverage may include holiday and weekend work based on department needs
