The Operations Analyst will dive into data sets, relate processes to data flow, critically analyze information, develop reporting, provide feedback and support operational initiatives with metrics and KPIs; for the business.

Review metrics and generate detailed analysis to operations on trends and data outliers. Evaluate a suite of reports and automate data processes. Streamline data and information consumption via BI tools. Advocate and educate the business to leverage BI reporting to make informed business decisions. Address questions and issues from current reporting and BI tool users. Support implementation of new sites into software platforms, validating that information is flowing correctly. Help define business processes that support data integrity and reporting. Cultivate data quality, driving consistent information for improved reporting and metrics. Develop reporting for executives and board members. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years' experience in data analysis with SQL Strong, 3+ years' experience with Power BI Understanding of Data Warehouse design and ETL/ELT processes1-3, years of Salesforce lightning and Analytics Studio experience, highly preferred.
