Assign and track XOI calls to Technical Support Specialist as needed to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions for field related calls. Consistently deliver a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs. Provide input on processes and procedures for continuous improvement purposes.

Description

Job Summary:

The Warranty Administrator I is an entry level position responsible for answering calls and responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. May escalate issues to technical support as needed.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Receives and responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Communicates clearly with customers to determine needs and find effective solutions. Follow proper RGA procedures as outlined in training and feedback provided by supervisor. Assign and track XOI calls to Technical Support Specialist as needed to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions for field related calls. Consistently deliver a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs. Provide input on processes and procedures for continuous improvement purposes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Experience working with customer service preferred. HVAC industry experience helpful. Proficient with PC and Microsoft Suite

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Enter orders to provide support to other departments as needed. Process claims in high volume times. Strong organizational skills. Strong customer communication and customer service orientation Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Microsoft Office Suite Database software Salesforce

Work Environment

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times. Some travel is expected.
