We're hiring a Staff Data Scientist to help us build, deploy, and scale advanced AI/ML models across our platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings technical depth, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering results through data.
This role can be based onsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office or remotely from Texas.
Your Impact
As our Staff Data Scientist, you'll work on high-priority projects that power intelligent decision-making across the Radix platform. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to solve deep domain problems, operationalize machine learning workflows, and shape how we use AI/ML to deliver value to our customers.
You'll be hands-on with modeling, experimentation, and getting models into production-while also helping refine our data science frameworks, tools, and standards to support scalable growth.
Key Outcomes
Model Development:
Build and deploy high-impact models that drive business outcomes across core workflows
ML Pipelines:
Develop repeatable, production-ready workflows that support scalability, performance, and reliability
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure data science efforts are tightly aligned with product priorities and company objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring data-driven solutions to life
Process Maturity:
Continuously evolve data science practices, tools, and standards to support long-term scalability and quality
Key Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy models for forecasting, classification, and generative tasks
Apply advanced techniques in deep learning, NLP, optimization, and time series analysis
Translate business needs into analytical questions and develop solutions that scale
Develop and maintain robust workflows for data preparation and model monitoring
Collaborate with engineering on model deployment and integration
Contribute to evolving our internal best practices and modeling standards
Support experimentation and rapid prototyping of new data science ideas
What You Bring
Experience
5–8 years of applied data science experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
Proven success designing and deploying machine learning models in production
Expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas)
Strong foundation in statistical modeling, deep learning, and algorithm development
Familiarity with SQL and data pipeline tools
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
Deep curiosity and problem-solving mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Solid documentation and project ownership capabilities
Advanced degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or generative models
Familiarity with multifamily housing, proptech, or asset-driven industries
Experience with large-scale or heterogeneous datasets
