Job Summary and Qualifications
The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist is responsible for performing a range of both invasive and non-invasive imaging procedures tailored to the needs of patients in various settings. This position involves applying sterile techniques, operating advanced imaging equipment, and collaborating closely with physicians. You will be expected to function independently while producing exceptional imaging studies.
This role requires proficiency in at least two imaging modalities as directed by department management, including Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Bone Densitometry.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT) program. Required License:
ARRT registration and certification in at least one additional qualifying discipline. Current certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes. Required Experience:
Prior experience in a multi-discipline Radiology Department. Preferred Experience:
