Key Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, including understanding health information management issues such as HIPAA. Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake. Perform nursing duties including measuring vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections. Observe and record patients' conditions, reporting any changes or reactions as necessary. Operate X-Ray equipment to capture diagnostic images. Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during scans. Ensure that imaging equipment is properly maintained and in working condition. Prepare and maintain medical supplies and equipment for treatments. Assist with Virtual Medicine consultations as needed. Accurately complete patient charts and documentation in a timely manner. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Additional Requirements: Complete preceptor training to onboard and train new hires effectively. Collaborate with Learning and Development to assist in training and integration of new team members. Ensure a welcoming experience for new employees on their first day through facility tours and process overviews. Provide regular feedback and evaluations of training progress to Learning and Development. Experience and Educational Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting. Licenses Required: Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
