You will demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles relevant to the resident population and will act with skill and empathy. Your responsibilities include ensuring health, comfort, and safety for residents, administering medications, documenting interactions, and providing technical support to healthcare professionals. You will also collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team to enhance resident care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse; an Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. Current, unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board; multi-state licensure privileges are a plus. Must have completed a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or possess a minimum of 400 hours as an LPN at another facility.
