Job Description: Position Details: Earn an attractive weekly salary ranging from $1700 to $1800 after training, with the potential to exceed $3,000 weekly! Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week with shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday on a rotating basis. Dispatch times will be from 8 PM to 2 AM, with varying end times. Position Purpose:

As a vital part of the country’s food supply chain, food and food service delivery drivers ensure timely and secure delivery of products to customers. Our drivers not only transport goods but also represent our company and build lasting relationships with our clients. As a driver, you will operate a tractor trailer or straight truck for various delivery routes. Responsibilities include delivering food and food-related products in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, safely unloading goods, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.

Collaborate effectively with team members and perform any assigned duties to contribute to company success.

Conduct mandatory pre and post-trip safety checks, following DOT regulations and company standards.

Immediately report any safety issues or required repairs.

Adhere to all DOT regulations and company driving policies.

Inspect trailers for proper loading and secure freight.

Conduct count checks of items and verify customer invoices for loaded products.

Accurately complete all required paperwork associated with freight.

Drive to deliver customer orders per the established route schedule.

Unload products and transport them to designated areas in the customer’s location.

Perform damage control checks, scan items, and inform supervisors regarding order removal per company policies.

Verify item delivery with customers and obtain necessary signatures.

Keep the tractor, trailer, and freight securely locked at all times.

Manage returns and unload damaged goods as required, completing necessary paperwork accordingly.

Record daily hours of service in compliance with Federal DOT, state, and company regulations.

Perform housekeeping duties in the tractor and loading areas, ensuring cleanliness.

Secure all equipment and finalize required paperwork at the end of the shift.

Execute other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 6-12+ months of commercial driving experience required. High school diploma/GED or state-approved equivalent. Valid CDL A license. Meet all state licensing and certification requirements. Aged 21 years or older. Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years. Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check. Complete road test successfully. Hold a valid DOT Health Card or have the capability to secure one. Able to lift heavy items (10-35 pounds frequently and up to 60-90 pounds occasionally) using equipment such as a two-wheeler or lift gate.
