About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Engineering and Applications to lead the charge in defining and executing our technology strategy. This pivotal role will enhance our insurance platforms, elevate digital experiences, and foster data-driven decision-making. You will helm a high-performing team dedicated to platform modernization and innovation in a multi-tenant environment, ensuring secure, scalable solutions that deliver exceptional value and user experience.
The ideal candidate will be a champion of digital transformation initiatives, overseeing large-scale data migrations and cloud integration projects. You should have a strong background in CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and scalable system design, coupled with at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience—particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, cloud technology, and SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing large engineering teams, cost accountability, and optimizing engineering operations while ensuring deep expertise in data security, privacy compliance, and regulatory frameworks. You will lead end-to-end delivery and business collaboration, translating business needs into cutting-edge technology solutions that align with our digital goals.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
