Position Description This endowed faculty position is at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor within the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work and will demonstrate a substantial scholarship program in gerontology and a commitment to the educational preparation of social workers. Qualifications Required: an earned research doctorate, an enthusiasm for the mission of the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, a strong record of effective teaching, a strong record of service/student engagement, and a demonstrated ability to pursue a rigorous research agenda with commensurate publications and external funding with an emphasis on the care of older adults. An MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and a minimum of two years post-master's professional experience is preferred.
