"Scheduling Specialist".
Required: Associate's degree with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience without a degree Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act independently Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication abilities Intermediate computer proficiency (e.g., scheduling platforms, productivity tools) Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge in areas of responsibility
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of customer support experience Experience in direct customer interactions, including negotiating appointment schedules and responding to feedback Familiarity with CRM and service platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax, or ServiceNow Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) Experience with process improvement or operational excellence initiatives Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; comfortable in agile and feedback-driven environments Assertive, adaptable, and comfortable working with uncertainty

12 months Pay range:
$30-$35/hr. on W2 depending on experience
