Essential Job Functions
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve service calls and work orders. Must have experience with service changes, upgrades, rewiring, and panel upgrades/swaps. Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency. Keep accurate records of working time, description of work performed, and materials used. Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will get the job done. Attend weekly meetings.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to maintain a well-inventoried service truck. Adaptability to changing business practices and customer needs, willingness to work flexible hours. Ability to handle invoicing, timesheets, and paperwork accurately and promptly. Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely at all times.
Compensation
Commissioned based pay: $80k-$130k yearly. Weekly Pay.
