Key Responsibilities: Assess emergency situations to determine appropriate actions according to progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize your skills to provide comprehensive medical care as allowed under Oregon's guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide comfort and information during emergencies. Lead paramedic teams in managing emergency scenes and ensuring unit operations are smooth and efficient. Collaborate professionally with public safety personnel and fellow paramedics to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Active State Paramedic License. Current State Driver's License. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS or ITLS. Driving record must comply with company policy. Must pass a Physical Agility Test.
