About the Team: UKG Cloud Infra Network team is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer with private and public cloud experience to join our Cloud Infrastructure team, supporting our private and public cloud solutions. As our products grow, we are continually enhancing our cloud-based infrastructure to scale and improve our services' performance, scalability and reliability. About the Role

In this exciting and dynamic role, you will help design, support and improve the network infrastructure for our public and private cloud environments. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing sound problem determination and resolution, document methodologies, thorough knowledge of data network management, execute hardware and software installations, and performance tuning and recovery Improve, innovate, and create enhancements to existing processes and policies Procure, track and renew SSL certificates issued by Trusted CAs Provide and maintain clear, consistent, and accurate documentation of network topologies and standards, including documentation of ISO and other related standards and/or regulatory compliance Availability for on-call rotation and work on projects outside normal working hours Responsible to work on project tasks related to provisioning, break-fix, enhancement and new initiatives along with maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting all migration and changes to the environments Troubleshoot network issues using packet analysis tools and other standard network tools and would be expected to coordinate with domain architects as per the requirement. Carry out and/or enforce routine operational tasks such as device backups, code management, configuration compliance, reporting, environmental and performance management while adhering to security policies Perform all tasks within security, governance, and compliance standards and guidelines Responsible for coordination with product and business stakeholders to understand the requirements from network perspective and plan the implementation accordingly. Responsible for UKG's data network infrastructure including but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, network taps, tools, and load balancers; both physical and virtual Design and maintain continuous integration systems Build out test and production network appliances, installation of software and applications via infrastructure as code automation Improve, innovate, and create enhancements to existing processes and policies Assist in the architecture, design, implementation in both our private and public cloud builds Ensure that proper operational plans and documentation are delivered with each initiative Work from ticket queue on provisioning, break-fix, and new initiatives along with maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting all adds, moves and changes to the environments. Follow routine operational tasks such as device backups, code management, configuration compliance, reporting, environmental and performance management while adhering to security policies. Perform all tasks within security, governance, and compliance standards and guidelines. Required Qualifications

Strong organizational, written and communication skills. 4+ years of technical network engineering experience 1-2+ years of experience on Public Cloud management (GCP, Azure, AWS) 3+ years of experience with routing concepts and protocols (RIP, EIGRP, IGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, route redistribution, etc.) 2+ years Hands on experience on IaC Tools and Scripting languages (Terraform, Ansible, Python). 2+ years of experience following change management procedures and maintaining a highly available infrastructure. 2+ Experience working in a distributed multi-data center SaaS environment. 2+ Experience with Cisco, Juniper, F5, Palo Alto Technology and Fortinet. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Knowledge of SSL certificate management, LAN switching Internetworking to include VLANS, spanning tree, trunking, port aggregation, and segmentation Experience working on Next Generation Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.) Experience and knowledge working with tunnelling technologies including IPSEC and SSL VPNs and GRE tunnelling and WAN acceleration. Must understand load balancing strategies/ techniques, expertise in application switching/traffic management, knowledge of persistence and SSL certificates. Experience with protocol analyzers and related network diagnostic tools and experience in Network management and monitoring systems. Experience working in support of WAN connectivity and internet service providers Experience with DNS / AAA / NTP / SFTP / Syslog / SNMP management Knowledge of Network security standards and compliance requirements. Knowledge of the Agile ways of working would be beneficial. CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, Public Cloud certifications are a plus. Experience in developing automation for network build using tools like Terraform, Ansible and Python, etc. Experience in CI/CD pipeline working environment. Interpersonal Skills
