Work with the team to build quality in and prevent defects Work with Product Management, Business Analysts, Developers and Solution Architects to gain a thorough understanding of solution requirements and help form and/or clarify acceptance criteria. Execute automated and manual tests, design and implement automated test capabilities and perform exploratory testing. Work in an agile team representing the quality perspective by identifying risks, developing mitigation plans and ultimately gaining consensus on the test approach. Make and own the implementation of recommendations about the improvement of the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the testing activities and processes. Skills and Experience Required:

5+ years of experience as Test Automation Engineer utilizing Harness and Ansible, PowerShell for scripting on Microsoft stack Extensive experience working with Product Management, Business Analysts, Developers and Solution Architects to gain a thorough understanding of solution requirements and help form and/or clarify acceptance criteria. Experience in building and executing automated and manual tests, design and implement automated test capabilities and perform exploratory testing. Extensive experience in the preparation and execution of non-functional tests, such as security vulnerability testing, performance, load and latency testing, as well as the analysis of the results. Experience in estimation methods, test planning, and execution. Education:
Bachelors degree required; relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement
