What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Apply analytical processes to plan, design, and implement clinical technology systems - Define, design, and implement strategic technology business solutions for customer organizations - Modify systems including testing, debugging, and installing support application systems - Translate business needs into technical requirements while optimizing existing implementations - Collaborate with operations to ensure clear and measurable outcomes from business ideas
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field - Proficient in configuring and supporting Cerner PathNet General Lab applications - Knowledge of lab instrument integration and laboratory workflows - Basic knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in project coordination and vendor management - Proven project leadership skills for small to medium scale projects - Basic level budget forecasting capabilities - Ability to work on-call in a fast-paced corporate environment - Passion for learning and growing within the organization
