Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation. Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development. Update and maintain comprehensive testing protocols for ServiceNow instance upgrades to certify applications post-upgrade. Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions within a banking environment following SDLC. Enhance and optimize existing solutions for reliability and performance. Analyze risks and gaps in current environments/applications and resolve them. Drive scalability, performance, and monitoring improvements for the platform. Collaborate with clients for requirements gathering and provide multiple solutions. Challenge and improve existing solutions for stability and efficiency. Build and improve run books for documentation and auditing. Manage projects effectively, maintaining attention to detail and adaptability, working independently and in teams. Skills & Experience
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, preferably in development and implementation. Hands-on experience with incident, problem, change, knowledge management, service catalog, SLM, workflows, and email notifications. Understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, APIs in ServiceNow. Experience with reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system cloning, and upgrades. Development experience with custom scoped applications. Knowledge of HRSD, CSM, ATFs. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and web development tools. Understanding of ITOM modules like Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration. Experience working with REST APIs. Knowledge of MID Server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and asset management. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in ServiceNow. Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, work independently, and as part of a global team. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical and functional aspects to stakeholders. Ability to analyze business requirements and develop sustainable ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Financial services domain knowledge is desirable but not required. Additional Details
