1. Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum) 2. Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS 3. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills 4. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) 5. DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines What Are We Looking For? / What Experience Do You Need?
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments. - Proven track record as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams. - Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS - Prior experience in software development, QA, DevOps, or systems engineering. - Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git). - Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical challenges. - Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS - Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. - Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status clearly V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
