The Enterprise Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing updates to the production and non-production environments of the PGCC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, the CHS Data Center, and assisting with enterprise backup and restoration operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, application monitoring, application restarts, system maintenance, user access management, backup and recovery system management, and support monitoring for data center power, cooling, and equipment.
