Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2
Job Summary: We are seeking a Workday System Analyst to join our HR project teams in August for a 6-month contract with potential for conversion, offered on a hybrid work model for only local candidates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience on the Workday platform, engaging in both full cycle implementations and support roles, focusing on the configuration, integration, and maintenance of Workday HCM and adjoining functions. This role requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to work closely with both onsite and offshore teams, and proficiency in driving the release of high-quality Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain various Workday HCM functional areas such as core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business processes, and security settings. Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain integration systems across Workday's integration platforms. Build, debug, and support custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transformations, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio. Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system integrity and high-quality releases. Liaise with on-site and off-shore teams, as well as business stakeholders, to uphold system integrity, document changes, and optimize business processes. Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with Workday HCM configurations and integrations. Proficient in custom report and integration development within Workday. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Industry Experience Required:
Extensive experience within HR systems; preferably certified in Workday Pro Integrations and HCM.
