with proven experience in implementing the
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
module. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
inventory planning, technician tracking, and invoicing
functionalities within Field Service. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end D365 Field Service implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, QA, and deployment. • Customize and optimize Field Service features such as inventory planning, resource scheduling, and billing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and stakeholder alignment. • Conduct user training and support post-implementation adoption. • Utilize
Microsoft Azure
services to enhance D365 functionalities and scalability. Required Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service module
. • Full life cycle implementation experience including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and training. • Working knowledge of
Azure
(functions, logic apps, integrations). • Experience in
Higher Education
or working with academic institutions is a plus.
