Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in fabricating and assembling sheet metal components. This role requires proficiency with both power and hand tools, as well as the ability to work effectively in a warehouse or factory environment.
Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products according to specifications. Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure timely production. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Utilize forklifts for the movement of materials when necessary. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the warehouse or factory setting. Requirements
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication. Familiarity with assembly line processes within a manufacturing environment. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is preferred. Experience using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
