Direct message the job poster from Ross Education Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Clinton Township, MI Job Summary: We are a forward-thinking and growing non-profit post-secondary institution, dedicated to providing quality allied healthcare training and education so graduates can begin rewarding careers in the healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Ross into its next phase of growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic direction, operational efficiency, and innovation. This position is On-site (not remote/hybrid) and will work out of our corporate office in Clinton Township, Michigan. Key Responsibilities: ·Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s strategic goals, mission, and vision ·Lead and oversee all business operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, sustainability, and growth ·Foster a strong organizational culture that aligns with company values ·Work with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term and long-term goals ·Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements ·Promote communication and cooperation among departments to create unity in the organization and at the campus level ·Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements ·Work with the executive team to set and achieve company performance goals and operational decisions ·Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth ·Identify opportunities for expansion, mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships ·Drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage ·Ensure clear internal and external communication of the company’s strategic direction and operational plans ·Improve the institution financial reserves Qualifications & Requirements: ·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). ·10+ years senior level experience with a minimum of 5 years in an executive capacity and P&L responsibility in post-secondary for-profit or non-profit education ·Experience with Department of Education polices and regulations as well as Title IV ·Must be able to physically work out of our corporate office in Clinton Township, MI (not a remote position) ·Passion and commitment to serve a diverse student population and underserved communities ·Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning ·Ability to build relationships with governmental and accrediting agencies ·Self-motivated and hands on required to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals and ability to motivate others to achieve their goals ·Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills ·Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams ·Strong problem-solving and crisis management capabilities ·Computer skills including MS Office, Internet, e-mail and familiar with general office equipment ·Professional communicationencompasses written, oral, visual and digital communication. Successful communication skills are required for working at Ross and involve the following: writing, reading, editing, speaking, listening, software applications, data entry and reporting, and Internet research ·Strong attention to detail & accuracy, and commitment to quality Why Join Us?
