General Manager
to lead our growing club. If you love fitness, building teams, and hitting big goals, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role with excellent pay, bonuses, and benefits. What You’ll Do: Lead, train, and motivate staff, trainers, and stretch practitioners. Oversee daily operations, front desk, and member experience. Drive membership sales and retention through tours, consultations, and community outreach. Occasionally lead group training sessions or 1-on-1 workouts to engage members and support staff. Track KPIs, manage budgets, and consistently hit growth targets. Organize events, local partnerships, and marketing efforts to grow the club’s visibility. Build a positive culture that inspires both staff and members. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years in management, sales, or fitness leadership (gym management preferred). Strong sales and leadership skills with a proven ability to hit targets. Comfortable leading workouts (group or 1-on-1) as needed. Great communication and people skills. Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems and social media. Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Compensation & Benefits: Total Salary Range:
$55,000 – $85,000 annually (includes performance bonuses). Tiered Monthly Bonus Plan:
$500–$2,000 per month for hitting revenue goals. Medical Insurance
