REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT The Regional Director of Business Development (RDBD) will accomplish the company's goals and objectives related to census growth, return on investment, effective business planning, and program implementation. The RDBD must be proficient in planning and control to manage daily issues effectively while anticipating future business trends and planning accordingly. FUNCTIONS : Under the direction of the CEO, the RDBD communicates census and mix objectives for the year, aligning with the budget and business plan. Ensures that the facility has a sales and marketing plan to maximize census and exceed expectations. Reviews daily census reports and conducts monthly on-site reviews to ensure goals are met; if not, establishes corrective actions.
