Direct message the job poster from European Wax Center This position will oversee the management of the Antioch and Pleasanton Centers. This is an in-person day-to-day operations role. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing high-volume, $3 million+ revenue, multi-unit operations (30-40 employees) is required. Experience must be relevant to the position and current or within the last three years. Experience at the District/ Regional level in other similar Personal services, Health and Fitness, and big-box retail is preferred. We seek a highly motivated and dynamic Multi-unit Sales Manager to drive our company's growth and success. As a Multi-unit Sales Manager, your primary focus will be increasing topline sales, improving the bottom line, hiring and developing a leadership bench, and assisting the business owner in scaling to multiple locations. Your exceptional leadership and strategic abilities will shape the performance of our team and drive revenue expansion. Responsibilities: Drive Topline Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive topline sales growth across the district, identifying new opportunities and market expansion strategies. Improve Bottom Line: Analyze sales performance data, identify cost-saving measures, and implement strategies to enhance the bottom line and profitability. Hire and Develop team leads: Recruit, onboard, and develop high-caliber sales leadership, empowering them to lead their teams effectively and achieve sales targets. Scaling Operations: Collaborate with the business owner to devise strategies for scaling the business and expanding to multiple locations, ensuring seamless operations and a consistent customer experience. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to the team, empowering them to improve their skills and develop high-performing teams. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights and feedback to enhance individual and team performance. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for growth and improvement. Sales Training: Design and deliver effective sales training programs, equipping the team with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive sales excellence. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring resources are utilized effectively to achieve sales goals. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management and the business owner. Innovative Solutions: Continuously explore innovative sales approaches and strategies to stay ahead in the market and meet business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience. Proven experience in driving topline sales growth and improving the bottom line in a regional/ Multi-unit sales management role. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead successful teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, focusing on business scaling and expansion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Experience in Salon, Retail, Beauty, Fitness, or Personal Service is a plus. Willingness to travel within the assigned region and potentially multiple locations.
