Are you ready to take on complex, high-impact projects at the heart of Global Markets? Talan is looking for a skilled
Project Manager
to lead strategic initiatives across the full trade lifecycle - from front to back office.
Your Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional projects tied to trade lifecycle, regulatory mandates, and new business initiatives Optimize trade flow processes across front, middle, and back office functions Partner with legal and compliance to align project delivery with internal policies and global regulations Coordinate with IT teams to implement effective systems and process enhancements Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources Provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders If you're a proactive leader with a Global Markets background and a passion for driving transformation, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications
+5 years of experience as a Project Manager within Global Markets or Capital Markets, covering end-to-end trade processes. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry updates. Ability to work with legal and compliance teams on regulatory matters. Proven experience collaborating with IT on application delivery and system changes. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills for managing risks in complex projects.
