We are now looking for an
IT Manager
to support the Guardian US staff. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a broad range of IT functions to ensure a secure, efficient, and seamless technology experience for all users. This role encompasses identity and access management, endpoint and device administration, IT service management, cybersecurity, live event support, and collaboration tools administration.

Key responsibilities
Identity & Access Management Administer user accounts, security groups, SSO, and MFA (using Active Directory, Entra ID, etc.) Maintain compliance with identity and access policies and controls Endpoint & Device Management
Automate provisioning workflows through JAMF, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Device Enrollment Program Create and manage policies, configuration profiles, and compliance rules using JAMF and Intune Manage OS and application updates and maintain patching routines Establish self-service app delivery processes and automation for common tasks Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including XDR and antivirus solutions Security Operations
Monitor and respond to security alerts and flagged risks Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) exceptions Coordinate with internal security teams to maintain system integrity and compliance Collaboration & Workspace Administration
Administer Google Workspace (user/group management, audits, compliance rules, calendar/room resources) Manage Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Webex Cloud, Zoom, and associated AV systems Conduct investigations (e.g., email log searches, access audits) Audio-Visual & Event Technology Support
Set up and manage AV equipment for live events (lifting equipment up to 50+ lbs) Operate Roland (or similar) audio/video mixing consoles during high-pressure events Manage cloud-based digital signage platforms and Apple TV endpoints via JAMF
End-User Support
Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and user inquiries Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward solutions Document solutions and escalate complex issues appropriately
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Respond to and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Process IT service requests (e.g., software installations, access provisioning) Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) to manage change and minimize operational impact Contribute to IT knowledge base documentation for both staff and end users Key qualifications
Advanced technical knowledge of macOS/iOS and Windows platforms Expertise in identity and access management (Active Directory, Entra ID) Advanced understanding of device management platforms, including JAMF and Intune Strong background in security technologies, including threat detection (XDR), antivirus (Apex), and vulnerability management (Tenable). Expertise with Google Workspace administration Proficiency in collaboration platforms: Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Zoom Live event support experience, with the ability to manage AV equipment under pressure Exceptional end-user support and customer service skills Expertise in IT Service Management frameworks (Halo ITSM is a plus) How to apply
