Product Manager, AI
to lead transformative, cross-platform initiatives that reshape how clinical teams interact with data. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of AI-enabled capabilities across multiple product lines. You will identify high-value opportunities for applying AI, design smarter and more intuitive workflows, and collaborate with a world-class team to bring breakthrough solutions to life. This is a unique opportunity for a modern product leader—equal parts strategist, technologist, and builder—who thrives at the intersection of innovation, user experience, and real-world impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead AI Strategy Across the Platform Define and champion a cross-product AI strategy within our SaaS platform. Identify opportunities to leverage machine learning, NLP, and generative AI to transform data workflows, automation, and insights. Partner with data science and engineering leads to assess feasibility, define success criteria, and ensure responsible implementation. Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and healthcare-specific innovations to inform long-term product vision. Drive Innovation from Idea to Execution Lead product discovery and experimentation to validate AI-driven use cases with users and stakeholders. Define multi-team roadmaps, epics, and release plans that align with business goals. Develop compelling product narratives and prototypes to articulate the future of clinical data management. Partner with UX to deliver intuitive, human-centric interfaces that maximize the usability and trustworthiness of AI features. Mentor, Influence & Inspire Coach and support Product Managers and Product Owners focused on AI capabilities to drive aligned, high-quality execution. Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships across engineering, data science, UX, and commercial teams to scale AI delivery. Serve as an internal and external thought leader—shaping the conversation on intelligent automation and responsible AI. Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership on the strategic importance of AI in the platform's evolution. Deliver Measurable Value Define success metrics focused on user adoption, business outcomes, and real-world impact—not just model performance. Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, transparency standards, and clinical trial regulations. Use continuous user feedback and analytics to refine and iterate on solutions post-launch. Establish frameworks for AI lifecycle management, including model monitoring, auditability, and human-in-the-loop systems. Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or life sciences field required; Master’s in AI, Data Science, or Human-Computer Interaction is a plus. 7–10 years of product management experience in software, including ownership of AI-powered or data-centric solutions. Proven success integrating ML/AI into enterprise B2B software products, preferably in regulated or high-stakes industries. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. Professional Skills Visionary, creative thinker with a strong bias for action and experimentation. Skilled at translating complex technology into clear, compelling product stories and future-state concepts. Adept at navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions in emerging technology spaces. Excellent communicator who earns trust across both technical and non-technical teams. Passionate about ethical innovation and inclusive design. Technical & Domain Expertise Familiarity with applied ML, LLMs, MLOps, and AI integration in modern cloud environments. Experience in data-intensive domains—preferably healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise analytics. Understanding of clinical trial workflows, data standards (e.g., CDISC), and relevant regulatory frameworks is a significant advantage.
