YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A STORE MANAGER As a Store Manager, you are first and foremost the leader of the store and thereby responsible for everything that makes the store a success. It is your responsibility to create a strong team and a good store atmosphere, where every staff member strives to deliver excellent customer service every single day.
