As Vice President of Production, you will lead our multi-site production and distribution operations, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence at scale. This is a mission-critical executive role driving our ability to deliver nutritious, compliant, high-quality meals to the communities we serve.

Your leadership will directly shape our ability to scale efficiently, expand our reach, and achieve our long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership : Lead multi-site production, fulfillment, and distribution operations to deliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, cost, and service metrics. Strategic Growth & Expansion : Drive scalable operational strategies, including new product launches, facility expansions, and co-manufacturing partnerships. People & Culture Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing operations leadership team, ensuring succession readiness and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence : Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance product consistency. Capital & Infrastructure Management : Lead major CapEx projects, including facility design, layout optimization, and equipment automation to support growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Supply Chain, R&D, QA, IT, and Customer teams to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks. Performance & Risk Management : Track and act on KPIs, enforce food safety and regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, USDA, FDA), and mitigate operational risks. Financial Stewardship : Own the operating budget, optimize cost-to-serve, and ensure alignment with company P&L and long-term financial goals. What You Bring 15+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume food manufacturing, with VP-level, multi-site operations experience.Expertise in food production, quality systems, and distribution management, with a proven record of operational scaling and transformation.Demonstrated success leading plant expansions, automation projects, and technology integrations.Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.Deep knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance (HACCP, GMP, USDA, FDA).Financial acumen with experience in P&L ownership, cost optimization, and capital investment justification.Change leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams at all levels.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Food Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Fluent in Spanish and English.Passion for Revolution Foods' mission to nourish communities and create social impact.
Salary Range :
