What You Will Be Doing
Orchestrating the student onboarding, tech provisioning, and system configuration for 25+ campuses. Crafting and upholding SLAs for internal support processes and ensuring seamless issue resolution. Collaborating with launch, product, and platform teams to guarantee operational readiness. Driving change management for platform enhancements, feature introductions, and workflow transitions. Fostering feedback loops to elevate operational speed and reliability. Establishing clear ownership models and escalation paths to ensure operational excellence. What You Won’t Be Doing
Getting bogged down with unique cases — your mission is systematization, not just patchwork solutions. Isolating your role — this position interfaces with multiple facets including platform, product, and support. Following someone else’s blueprint — you’ll be the architect of your own processes. Slowing progress for consensus — lead decisively with speed and clarity. Managing support as a ticket mill — focus on impactful outcomes rather than sheer volume. VP Of Student Operations Key Responsibilities Create and manage robust systems and workflows that ensure seamless student onboarding, campus operations, and smooth rollout of updates, preventing operational chaos. Basic Requirements We seek a visionary operator with a knack for navigating ambiguity and scaling successful systems, with robust experience in onboarding, support, and launch-critical operations. Requirements Include
3+ years at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB). Proven track record in designing cross-functional operational workflows in dynamic settings. Expertise in establishing systems across diverse functions with clear SLA and accountability frameworks. Experience in building scalable systems, not just resolving issues but preventing them. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills honed in high-performance environments. Proficiency with AI tools to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks. U.S. based with a willingness to travel 25% to campus locations, and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
