We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage multiple flooring projects from start to finish. This role combines field supervision with office coordination and is ideal for someone with strong leadership, scheduling, and construction background.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes for commercial and residential flooring jobs (epoxy, polished concrete, etc.) Schedule crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to safety and company standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues Track change orders, delays, and project documentation Track performance of individual projects based on profit, manpower, and schedule Report job performance, issues, and status updates to company leadership Assist in procurement, estimates, and work order preparation as needed Requirements:
3+ years in construction project management or flooring operations Strong knowledge of flooring systems: epoxy, polished concrete, LVT, carpet, etc. Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English) Work is split between office and field (site visits) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
