Your Mission:

As part of the Engine team, you'll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here's what you'll take charge of:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will work closely with our partnerships and product teams to cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, enabling seamless integration with our Partner APIs. You will be instrumental in driving partner success, expanding our ecosystem, and ultimately contributing to the growth of Engine.com.

What You'll Do:

Partner Prospecting and Onboarding:

Facilitate the prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new partners leveraging our Partner API. Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective partners. Act as the primary point of contact for API-related partnership inquiries and support. API Adoption & Growth:

Drive adoption of our Partner API and other API integrations by identifying new opportunities, collaborating on joint business plans, and working with partners to maximize their use of our platform. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to provide partner feedback, identify API enhancements, and ensure alignment between partner needs and product roadmap. Problem Solving & Support:

Proactively identify and address any technical or business challenges partners face during integration and ongoing use of our APIs, escalating to the product and engineering teams as needed. Market Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor API offerings, and partner ecosystem developments to inform our partnership strategy.

What You'll Bring to Engine:

We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

5-7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or Product Management, with a strong focus on API integrations. Understanding of API concepts and technical integrations; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of building and managing successful B2B partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the travel industry.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Enterprise sales experience

Compensation

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range

$130,000—$135,000 USD

Variable Range

$50,000—$55,000 USD
