The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Market Analytics to join our Corporate Development team. This role will play a key part in driving our strategic growth initiatives through in-depth data analysis, financial modeling, and market research, specifically supporting mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions within the nuclear energy industry. The Manager of Analytics will be responsible for providing critical analytical support to the Corporate Development team, enabling informed decision-making in evaluating potential investment opportunities, assessing market trends, and developing financial projections. This role requires a strong combination of quantitative skills, business acumen, and a passion for the nuclear energy sector. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, finance, engineering, and other internal stakeholders, as well as external advisors. Responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, market research and due diligence, data management and reporting, collaboration and communication, and process improvement. Experience required includes a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field, strong financial modeling skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with financial data providers is preferred.
