Salary:

$59,000 annually Are you looking for a rewarding role in Social and Human Services? This position is crucial to our success and exemplifies the meaningful work we do daily. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of 1-4 community programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, stakeholder relations, compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and facility maintenance. Oversee program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and onboarding. Make decisions regarding hiring, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, corrective actions, and terminations. Implement program plans, monitor service delivery, and ensure services are engaging, relevant, and consistent with individual needs. Be available on-call to support staff, cover shifts, and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of related experience preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Relevant education, experience, training, licensure, or certifications as per state and regulatory requirements. Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Reliable, responsible, and compassionate attitude. Why Join Us?
