We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team and support our product and business stakeholders through intuitive, high-quality dashboards and reporting. This is a hands-on role focused on BI development using Sigma, building customer-facing dashboards embedded into our product, and supporting internal reporting needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with stakeholders, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll also gain exposure to our modern data stack, including dbt and Redshift.
This is an onsite position that requires 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
You will
Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Sigma, Looker, and Omni for internal stakeholders and customer-facing use cases.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver transparent, actionable reporting.
Own and improve existing BI assets, ensuring accuracy and performance.
Write clean, efficient SQL to support BI queries and dashboards.
Navigate and contribute to our dbt models to ensure consistent metrics and definitions.
Perform basic data validation, QA, and troubleshooting across our reporting layers.
Support self-serve analytics efforts by maintaining documentation and training materials.
You are
You enjoy working with data and are excited to create reports and visualizations that drive clarity and action.
You’re curious and eager to learn, especially when it comes to modern data tools and best practices.
You’re a strong communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams.
You’re organized and able to manage multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail.
You have
1–2 years of experience in a data or BI analyst role
Strong SQL skills and experience working with data in a warehouse environment (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
Hands-on experience with Sigma or similar BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Omni)
Experience building dashboards and working directly with stakeholders
Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic data modeling concepts
Exposure to dbt or willingness to learn it quickly
Nice to Have
Experience with embedded analytics or customer-facing dashboards
Exposure to Python or other scripting languages
Knowledge of data testing or data quality frameworks
Familiarity with product analytics concepts and tools
Understanding of how BI fits into a modern data stack (e.g., orchestration, transformation, warehouse, reporting)
