Seeking a highly analytical professional to join their senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations related to warehousing, distribution and enterprise wide projects for several locations across the US. ***Candidates MUST have or previously had oversight responsibility for multiple warehouse facilities. This is a St. Louis based role. Relocation assistance is not provided*** Responsibilities Lead a team of warehouse operations leaders across various operations nationally Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects with sales, supply chain, e-commerce, etc. Implement strategy to align operations across multiple states and locations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline and 5+ years of management experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Specific experience related to warehouse and distribution operations Lean Production Systems (LPS) and 5S standardization experience required Ability to travel quarterly Seniority level
