The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for the Risk, Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Public Affairs business lines. These LOBs utilize our technology solutions to support all team members and all business lines across Wells Fargo. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.
This role supports workstreams across Public Affairs Technology. Public Affairs Technology provides technology to the Public Affairs division of Wells Fargo, which is responsible for Communications, Brand Management, Corporate Video Services, Enterprise Meetings & Events, Sustainability, Social Media Management, Government Relations, Philanthropy, and Community Relations.
We are seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant who enjoys and thrives on solving complex problems through innovation impacting change at scale in a diverse environment. Responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for companywide & business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Job will focus on developing data and/or system requirements, and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
4+ years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components
4+ years of experience gathering business requirements from various sources including end-users and stakeholders
3+ years of Agile experience
3+ years of change management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in cross-functional and matrixed environment
Experience working in Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
Working knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Excel
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience utilizing strategic thinking and planning and leveraging critical thinking to drive change that enable efficiencies and drives growth.
A BS/BA degree or higher
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization from developers to CIOs
Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Job Expectations:

Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per week

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$106,300.00 - $188,900.00
