Qualifications As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include: Providing customers with a memorable experience every visit. Deputising for management and resolving issues in their absence. Organising and coordinating the team during busy shifts. Ensuring the bar is safe, legal, clean, and issues are addressed promptly.
