Base pay range $91,300.00/yr - $106,900.00/yr *This position is on-site.* The mission of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is to secure classified and sensitive information and technology in the United States industrial base against attack and compromise, ensure the federal and contractor workforce can be trusted with sensitive and classified information, and preserve military readiness and warfighting capabilities by identifying and defeating threats presented by and to the defense supply chain. DCSA provides security services to DoD through the integration of personnel security policy, industrial security, cyber security, security training and education, information systems security, and counterintelligence. DCSA’s Field Operations requires business operations support and technical assistance to assist DCSA in the execution of the agency’s mission. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform business operations support. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant senior business operations and management support experience Superior oral and written communication skills Fluent in English Active TS / SCI Clearance Responsibilities:
Preparation of packages (classified and unclassified) for mailing; send and receive packages (FedEx Shipments, UPS, and other priority mail services, and couriers); distribute mail; coordinate with commercial carriers for pickup and delivery of mail, packages, and light cargo; and perform other mail room duties, as required. Assist in preparing read-a heads including preparations of materials, provide logistical assistance related to organizing meetings to include (but not limited to) space, technical support, supplies, and transportation, and other requirements for assigned meetings and training conferences. Responsible for maintaining records for all property received and returned to the property office, as required. Perform inventory of property and produces required reports when required. Provide investigative management and program support at the Regional Headquarters, Field Office HQ, and/or Field Offices to assist in ensuring timely initiation, tracking, and completion of all investigative duties, to include but not limited to, analytical and portfolio support reducing the investigative burden on field managers. Review DTS submissions for FO Assistant Director, RMD, DRMD, Field Chiefs, and ISRs prior to approval by supervisors. Track Regional quarterly metrics. Assist in preparing budget reports, with input RMD, DRMD, Field Managers/Supervisors and their staff, regarding quarterly and annual budget projections pertaining to office supplies, training and equipment. Prepare documentation, plan, and assist with Safety Inspections and Self Inspections for assigned DCSA locations, when required. Provide assistance in the Defense Travel System (DTS), a fully integrated, automated, end-to-end travel management system that enables DoD travelers to create authorizations (temporary duty (TDY) travel orders), prepare reservations, receive approvals, and generate travel vouchers. Coordinate miscellaneous support services requirements such as repair of office equipment, technical support, and custodial services, with the appropriate Region Staff. Perform record and file management functions, electronic and physical, maintenance, and accurate data gathering and data entry. Apply critical thinking, research, implement, explain, and articulate DoD, DCSA internal office operational policies, procedures, and requirements referring to a variety of sources utilizing effective oral and written communication skills, as required.
