Top Job Responsibilities
Cultivate high quality partnerships throughout the consortium by fostering healthy, productive collaboration, trust, and effective, transparent communication. Demonstrate effective change leadership by swiftly adapting to evolving priorities, managing multiple concurrent demands, and navigating the dynamic landscape of money movement. Conduct on-going analysis of Deposit Operations functions and performance to take appropriate action to meet business objectives. Successfully develop and manage to an annual operating plan and budget, leading to expense control and capacity management.
Other Responsibilities And Opportunities
Provide guidance to management team to optimize the employee, member, and partner experience. Oversee the development, improvement, and implementation of new processes, resulting in reduced risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products, and services. Thorough understanding of Deposit Operations tasks, activities, regulations, policies, and standard practices. Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field required. 15 years of relevant work experience required. 9 years of management experience required. In depth knowledge of Regulatory and standard practice requirements pertaining to Deposit Operations. NACHA accredited/certification highly preferred Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Proven capability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external business relationships, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization. Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Extensive experience in performance leadership, with a track record of driving teams towards high achievement. Recognized as an effective change agent, with a history of successfully leading organizational transformation initiatives.
